FSS
We meet on the first Sunday of the
month at 6.00pm for a time of worship,
prayer & fellowship.
We have opened this to churches
in the Vale and currently have between
60 and 80 attending.
The idea is to move around different fellowships as the event grows we hope to see more and more churches uniting together to praise our
wonderful God.
Our need for a Youth Worker!
We are looking for a Christian Youth Worker to help
us run this our Tuesday evening computer/youth club, we have incorporated a time
for games to encourage communication and social skills. Also a chill out time in
very comfortable surroundings, with hot chocolate and toast provided, we hope to
introduce a GOD SLOT into this last half hour of the evening. The young people attending
this club are mainly secular youth, so follow up would be needed. We are therefore
looking for someone to be able to commit one day a week.

The Aim of the Course
'This introduction to youth work course provides information and the opportunity to develop skills for those new to the field. The course covers practical issues relating to programme planning and delivery and health and safety. The award qualifies learners to practice under supervision.'
Details
It is proposed to run this course in 2009 over three Saturdays covering a total of 30 hours.
January (17th, 24th, 31st).
The cost is £50 per person
